∎ Bachelor degree in Textile Engineer.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Must be a graduate of a reputable university. TrainingTrade Course: Six Sigma, 5s, Lean Manufacturi
∎ Training/Trade Course: Bachelor in Engineering (B. Engr:) in Industrial Engineering
∎ Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): production management (Cutting), Production Management (Finishing), Production Management (Sewing) and finishing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Regular responsibilities of an IE Include:
∎ Daily operation breakdown for Highly padded ; Quilting ; Fake down ; 2 in 1 jacket ; all types bottom.
∎ Machine layout and bulletin
∎ Man-Machine report
∎ Bottleneck monitoring in production lines
∎ Training production staff on efficiency
∎ Production monitoring as per set target
∎ Daily line-wise target setup
∎ Wastage control
∎ Prepare regular loss time
∎ Prepare regular SMV calculation
∎ Calculate WIP of lines
∎ Method Study + Method development
∎ Motion Study
∎ Monitoring and optimize machine Productivity
∎ Research and development for improving all factory department

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
