Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Computer Science and/or Engineering. Exceptions can be made in case of long experience in leading team. Good knowledge of POS solution will be preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review client requirements and research various technical solutions based on business, technical and functional constraints.
∎ Draw, plan and architect technical solutions for new and existing systems that are being replaced, digitized or improved.
∎ Build, create and write code related to your technical specs.
∎ Lead development teams and help review and merge code.
∎ Delegate work out and coordinate larger technical solutions into smaller chunks of work across your team
∎ Ensure projects accomplish desired scope, timeline, and quality and meet the product implementation best practices.
∎ Manage and deliver large projects by developing the project team, assessing engagement risks, and reviewing team output.
∎ Oversee the delivery and execution of Professional Services engagements by leading kick off calls, monitoring milestones, project deliverables and outcomes, and status reporting.
∎ Assist with pre-sales activities including scoping, methodology reviews, estimation, proposal reviews, and SOW drafts.
∎ Proactively manage a portfolio of clients, including financial management, and project tracking.
∎ Organize and lead pursuit teams, participate and lead aspects of proposal development process.
∎ Analyze data processing modules and identify areas of enhancements and improvements.
∎ Provide procedures and reports to identify and resolve data integrity issues.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 55 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent understanding of project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project), CRM, Design tools, deep knowledge of design architectures, databases, and programming tools.
∎ Excellent inter-personal skills.
∎ Excellent communication skills in English and Bangla (both verbal and written)
∎ Excellent presentation skills
∎ Negotiation skills
∎ Prioritization skills
∎ Must be proactive, energetic and determined to meet deadline
∎ Sincerity, honesty, hard work will be the key focus and target oriented
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Remuneration and benefits package including competitive salary
∎ Two bonuses per year (per bonuses will be equal one month's basic salary)
