Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: MCSA,RHCSA,VCP
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement VMware ESXi infrastructure (vSphere, vCenter, vROPs, vSAN, SRM, NSX).
∎ Responsible for VMware Migration projects.
∎ Troubleshoot the VMware infrastructure.
∎ Implement enterprise-wide storage system solutions on DELL-EMC, IBM, HP, Huawei, and NetApp FAS and E-series storage, Brocade SAN switches.
∎ Provide Day to day support of all storage-related support.
∎ Perform all aspects of SAN administration including upgrading, patching, tuning, support, and troubleshooting.
∎ Ensure deployment of Hyper Converge Infrastructure (HCI) and provide support for (Cisco Hyperflex, HPE SimpliVity)
∎ Ensure installation of Server & Storage (HPE, Cisco, Huawei, Dell) and configuration (HPE Synergy, Cisco UCS, Dell EMC, Huawei Ocean Store)
∎ Ensure configuration and support of Linux & Windows based operating system.
∎ Design and deploy VMware Software-defined data center (SDDC) solution.
∎ Provide On-Demand Storage Reports as required.
∎ Implement backup solutions.
∎ Provide Day to day support of all backup customers.
∎ Completes all special projects and other duties as assigned.
∎ Work extended hours to help meet the customer service level agreements.
∎ Ensure proper documentation for activities.
