Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ RHCSA, RHCE Certification or Training preferred.
∎ Flexible with shifting and holiday duty.
∎ Experience with Reve Class 5 Softswitch is preferred.
∎ Experience with overall IPTSP network and Call Flow.
∎ Experience with TDM circuit and media gateway will be an added advantage.
∎ Experience with installing, commissioning, and troubleshooting Asterisk based PBX, Call Center i.e. Issabel, Elastix, Vicidial, FXS and FSO GW etc.
∎ RHCSA, RHCE Certification or Training preferred.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Providing support to retail and corporate subscribers for different IPTSP Products.
∎ Technical meetings with customers and ability to prepare customized solutions as per customer's requirements.
∎ Manage IPTSP infrastructures.
∎ Coordinating and Corporate communication with ICX and other ANS for Short Code, LTFS.
∎ Designing and Diagram for IP Telephony Solutions.
∎ Linux Server Side Hardware Configuration and Implementation, OS Installation, Firewall Implementation of OS & troubleshooting.
∎ Manage and Configure FXO/FXS Gateway, Elastix/Issabel IP-PBX, ViciDial, Grandstream IP-PBX, Yeastar IP-PBX, FXO/FXS gateway, Legacy system integration etc.
∎ Daily system monitoring and reporting.
∎ Official document/report preparation.
∎ Other departmental work where necessary.
