∎ Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems, including Ubuntu, CentOS, or Red Hat.
∎ Proficient in Linux command-line interface (CLI).
∎ Professional Certification required: RHCSA, RHCE

∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Experience with virtualization technologies, such as Linux Container LXD, ESXI, Proxmox, Hyper-V.
∎ Familiarity with networking concepts, protocols, and services, including TCP/IP, DNS, and VPN, Firewall (iptables, CFS)
∎ Knowledge of storage technologies, such as RAID, NAS, NFS.
∎ Understanding of security best practices and experience in implementing security measures on Linux systems.
∎ Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to quickly identify and resolve technical issues.
∎ Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
∎ Strong communication skills to effectively communicate technical concepts and solutions to technical and non-technical customers.
∎ Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
∎ Willingness to duty on roster and off days including Friday & other holidays.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Efficiently build, configure, patch, and troubleshoot Linux servers (Centos, Ubuntu, RedHat)
∎ Installation and management of server and virtual platforms & Containers
∎ Install and maintain mission-critical services (Mail Servers, Hosting) for a seamless user experience consisting with Postfix, Exim, Zimbra
∎ Configure and support services like Apache, Mysql, PHP, VPS, NMS, Graph, FTP, OpenVPN, and Radius servers.
∎ Investigate and swiftly resolve customer-reported server and application issues.
∎ Enhance customer satisfaction through prompt problem resolution.
∎ Orchestrate Data Center Management for Dell PowerEdge/EMC and HP systems.
∎ Manage co-location efficiently and implement robust security practices.
