  • Advanced knowledge on Mikrotik, FTTH Devices, Cisco Switches, and email communication.

  • Understand user technical requirements & network problems.

  • Have sound knowledge of TCP / IP, Subnetting, Mail Server, FTP, MRTG, OLT, ONU.

  • Switch & Router configure.

  • Structured network cabling.

  • Administration and maintenance of Mikrotik knowledge must.



Responsibilities & Context:

Job Description/Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain networking systems, including LAN, WAN, VPN, and Wireless networks.

  • Manage and configure network devices such as Mikrotik routers, switches, and firewalls, ensuring smooth and secure connectivity.

  • Demonstrate professional expertise in VLAN, VTP, trunking protocols, and inter-VLAN routing.

  • Possess a sound understanding of transmission networks and their operational principles.

  • Monitor network systems using network monitoring tools, promptly responding to alerts and resolving any detected faults.

  • Engage directly with clients to identify, analyze, and resolve technical and IT-related challenges efficiently.

  • Provide technical support and respond to customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and on-site visits.

  • Implement innovative network solutions and enhance existing infrastructure for improved efficiency and security.

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of network logs, data, and performance reports to identify root causes of issues and mitigate security vulnerabilities.

  • Maintain proper documentation and prepare necessary technical and operational reports.

  • Deliver timely and effective network services, assistance, and solutions to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

  • Work under a 24/7 roster shift, ensuring uninterrupted technical support and system uptime.

  • Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies, demonstrating a proactive and quick-learning attitude.
