• 3-5 years of professional experience in PHP development, with at least 2+ years working with Laravel framework.

• Deep understanding of MVC architecture, OOP principles, and modern PHP development practices.

• Proven track record of designing and developing complex, large-scale web applications.

• Expertise in working with MySQL, MS SQL Server including database design, optimization, and query performance tuning.

• Strong experience with RESTful API development and integrations.

• Proficiency with front-end technologies like JavaScript (Vue.js/React), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.

• Hands-on experience with Git and other version control systems.

• Solid understanding of security best practices for web applications, including data encryption, secure coding, and vulnerability mitigation.

• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud), DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset.

Job Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable web applications using Laravel and PHP.

• Lead full-stack development efforts, ensuring best practices and high standards for code quality, performance, and security.

• Work closely with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Develop and integrate APIs, third-party services, and complex database structures to support application functionality.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code for performance and scalability.

• Implement and enforce industry-standard development practices, including unit testing, continuous integration, and code reviews.

• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership on complex projects.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest Laravel and PHP ecosystem advancements and ensure the team follows best practices.
