  • Strong B2B sales experience and proven track record in achieving sales targets.

  • Must have established professional relationships with reputed hospitals and diagnostic centers in Bangladesh.

  • Sound knowledge of hospital procurement processes.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Willingness to travel frequently across Bangladesh.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote POCT devices and other medical equipment to hospitals, diagnostic centers, and corporate healthcare providers.
  • Generate B2B leads, build pipelines, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, diagnostic centers, corporate clients, and government institutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities with both private and government healthcare institutions.
  • Negotiate and close business deals with stakeholders ensuring long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for clients.
  • Monitor sales performance, prepare regular reports, and present to top management.
  • Conduct market analysis and recommend pricing, promotional activities, and sales policies.
  • Ensure timely collection of receivables and maintain strong financial discipline in sales operations.
  • Coordinate with service, marketing, and supply chain departments to ensure smooth business operations.
