Experience:

• 5 to 10 years

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

• 5 to 10 years

• Age 27 to 37 years

Experience in any of the following organizations and/or their relevant project will be an added advantage:

• LGED, PWD, Roads & Highways, Metro Rail, Airport, BWDB

• Knowledge of structural load calculation for RCC and Steel structures.

• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

• Certification and membership in PGD-QS/ CCP/ PGD-CM (FIDIC based)/ PGD-CPM or equivalent.

• Analyze material, labor, and equipment costs to prepare accurate project budgets.

• Identify cost-saving opportunities through value engineering while maintaining design quality and compliance with project specifications.

• Monitor and control project costs, analyze variations, and propose corrective actions as required.

• Manage and maintain detailed records of project costs, contracts, and financial transactions.

• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on cost and contractual matters. Prepare, check, and verify bills, estimates, reconciliation statements, and BOQs.

• Conduct quantity take-offs for various civil and structural components.

• Perform rate analysis based on DSR, tender rates, and actual site conditions.

• Prepare and process subcontractor bills and reconcile material and work quantities.

• Take measurements from site engineers and verify field data for billing accuracy.

• Design review from tender documents and contractor offers.

• Collaborate with external consultants and experts on a project basis
