Experience:

• At least 15 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree from any reputed University.

• Technical qualification in Textile/ Fashion Design will be an added advantage.

• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Quality Control/Audit, Inspection, Production.

• The applicants should have vast working experience in reputed garments industries.

• The applicant must have at least 10 years of relevant experience, of which at least 5 years are in a managerial position in reputed sweater factories.

• Must be technically proficient with excellent knowledge of sweater garments.

• Should be able to manage a team of a large Quality Staff assigned to different factories in different locations.

• Should have leadership and interpersonal skills to deal with the vendors.

• Good communication skills in spoken and written English and Bengali.

• Should have good knowledge of computer applications, including MS Word, Excel, Internet, etc.

• Should be able to work on own initiative and under pressure with a set target.

• The incumbent is responsible for the overall quality assurance activities of the QA Department.

• Is responsible for planning and assigning tasks of QA Inspectors & QA Supervisors and evaluating their performance.

• Resolve quality-related issues in Production

• Identify causes and action steps to improve the product and reduce reject/returns

• To attend final inspection by buyers/ 3rd party and be responsible for product quality as per the approved sample

• Ensuring product quality as per the company’s set quality standard.

• Update the higher authority about the production status, quality and on-time delivery.

• Is responsible for maintaining quality standards of products throughout production procedures (In-line to Final Inspection) and shipment of garments.
