Job Context:
∎ VENTURAS LTD is looking for a very skillful and experienced Project Manager/Senior Project Manager to manage the organization` key clients & projects.
∎ Selected concern will be responsible for planning, leading, organizing, and motivating agile and web development teams as a hub of Japanese CTO and Japanese PM. Also expected to develop by him/herself as Full stack Java script engineer with team.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To develop Property-Tech platform from scratch by Typescript. Also, to involve whole the product development cycle in dynamic and highly professional international team in Japan and Bangladesh.
∎ This is also an opportunity to work just under highly experienced famous Japanese CTO(serial entrepreneur). Great chance to learn global standard project management way and using advanced technology to develop the product from zero to the production.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ More than 3 years of professional experience as a Technical lead of Project Manager managing complex, high-security software products or App projects in a high-tech development environment
∎ The applicants should have experience in either of (A) - (C)
∎ (A) Product development in Typescript
∎ (B) Product development in JavaScript & Java
∎ (C) Product development in JavaScript
∎ 3+ years of professional experience as a skilful engineer managing complex, high-security software products or App projects in a high-tech development environment using java script / java/ typescript
∎ Experience working with SCRUM/Agile methodologies on web application development projects
∎ Solid understanding of the software development life cycle
∎ Excellent client-facing & internal communication skills
∎ Excellent written & verbal communication skills
∎ Solid organizational skill including attention to detail and multitasking
∎ Fluent in English, can COMMUNICATE very well in global standard way.
∎ Define project scope with Product Owner and development team and develop specifications based on requirements
∎ Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
∎ Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
∎ Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
∎ Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
∎ Monitor progress and make adjustments if required
∎ Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
∎ Evaluate and address complex project risks and issues accurately and objectively
Salary:
∎ Tk. 300000 (Monthly)
∎ based on your experience & expertise
