Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ A Japanese Company is looking for a CAD Operator (Mechanical Engineer or Electrical Engineer) for their Bangladesh Office. Duties/Responsibilities: - Proficient in drawing reading, AutoCAD 2D, Design, Drawing, Section & Elevation Details. - Basic Knowledge on AutoCAD Basic Software( NO Solidworks or other software) - Proficient in Drawing & BOQ, Supervision, Erection & Installation of various systems including HVAC, Sanitary Plumbing, Fire Safety, STP, ETP, BEMS, Deep Tube Well, Water Treatment, Boiler and Steam System, Compressed Air System, and Facility Drainage. - Experience in HVAC (VRF, AHU, FCU, chiller, ducting, piping, pumps, etc.), Building Management Systems, Firefighting systems, Plumbing & Sanitary systems, MEP Services, Elevators, Boiler & HWG, and Mechanical works. - Knowledge of local & international design standards, procedures, methodology, and work sequence. - Facilitate critical thinking among workers and promote a proactive safety culture. - Establish and maintain relationships with exclusive clients and sub-contractors. - Develop concentration and focus on continuous improvement in project execution. - Implement and manage an inventory management system for efficient project operations.Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field. - Proven experience in construction project management with a focus on MEP systems. - Familiarity with local and international construction standards and regulations. - Proficient in AutoCAD 2D and other relevant project management software. - Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
