Responsibilities & Context: VENTURAS LTD, a Japan–Bangladesh–based HR, Education & IT company, is seeking a responsible and experienced Japanese Academy In-charge to take ownership of Japanese language class operations and learning outcomes. This role is ideal for someone who wants more than teaching and is ready to lead academy operations with direct coordination with Japan-side management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct N4–N3 Japanese language classes using existing curriculum
- Manage class flow, time, participation, and comprehension
- Teach Japanese language, culture, and business manners
- Monitor attendance and learner progress
- Take action against learning stagnation, lateness, or absence
- Conduct lesson reflections and apply PDCA improvements
- Guide and support Assistant / Intern Teachers
- Coordinate teaching methods and operational rules
- Communicate regularly with Japan-side management in Japanese
- Support Japanese visitors when required
