Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects;
∎ Managing in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility;
∎ Developing a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress;
∎ Evolving business requirements and technical specification documents;
∎ Managing changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques;
∎ reporting regularly to management;
∎ Measuring project performance using appropriate tools and techniques;
∎ Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation; Meeting with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project;
∎ Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures;
∎ Accomplishing financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective action;
∎ identifying and managing risks to ensure delivery is on time;
∎ Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget;
∎ close the project - including evaluating successes and challenges to enhance learning for your next project;
