Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the development of strategic business priorities, based on internal & external analysis. This would be supported by a robust financial model, leading to specific operating plans and budgets.
∎ Routine performance management and ad hoc analysis to understand our strengths and weaknesses, competitive pressures and opportunity areas. Define corporate metrics that align with business drivers for performance management.
∎ Drive and effectively manage business by building project plans, chairing project meetings, organizing, delegating and controlling project activities and milestones on an ongoing basis to ensure timely completion across different departments.
∎ Build strong relationships with teams?across all departments -both locally and functionally - to drive strategic initiatives and seize opportunities.
∎ Use data-driven decision making and sound business judgment to identify improvement opportunities across departments, run tests, and innovate our business;
∎ Figure out how to get from A to B – and actually make it happen.
∎ Help the business get better, every day, 1% at the time
∎ Act as the one point of contact for product and data teams, garnering requirements from all business and operational teams, and helping to prioritize based on the business need;
∎ Work with account management and acquisition teams to build robust processes and best
∎ practices to help them achieve their objectives.

∎ At least 4 years of working experience in consulting, or project and program management in eCommerce (or related function within a high growth start-up environment);
∎ Advance skills in Excel.
∎ Experience with P & L ownership;
∎ Prior experience or exposure to food-commerce;
∎ SQL proficiency.
