Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Textile from a government institution.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare daily production reports as well other production-related reports efficiently as per management requirements.
∎ To look after and follow up on spinning production process activities from blow Room to store delivery (Finish goods).
∎ Monitor and supervise all production-related activities from a blow to finish goods delivery up to store and take corrective action immediately if find any discrepancy.
∎ Adequate knowledge about production planning, machine allocation, machine speed etc. Against order requirements and ensure production targets within the specific time frame.
∎ Working with production manager closely and should play important roles for getting/achieving production target.
∎ Any other related tasks as assigned by the factory Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Adequate knowledge about efficient utilization of concern section shift personnel and machines for achieving optimum production.
∎ Habituate working under pressure.
