Job Context:
∎ Solid 7-10yrs hands on experience in a large sweater factory to control Linking to Finishing.
∎ person from IE background in production will get preferance.
∎ Good administrative and computer basic knowledge on ms word & Excel.
∎ Highly organized.
∎ Patience, integrity and sensitivity
∎ Assertiveness
∎ Flexible and adaptable
∎ Good at building relationships and able to influence others.
∎ Trustworthy and discreet.
∎ Regular Time Commitment is preferred.
∎ Several times there may be extra time to stay in the office.
∎ It may be necessary to work even after assignment.
∎ The decision of the Authority in any matter is final.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To plan & arrange shipment schedule according to style & distribute to all In-charge.
∎ To arrange machine & distribute to worker according to shipment schedule.
∎ Advise to concern section & quality people for to expedite production & ensure Basis quality & supervise regularity.
∎ To counsel all operators to increase productivity, avoid absenteeism & keep more attention to achieve good quality product.
∎ Before start bulk production buyer comments will get first priority.
∎ Try to buildup good relationship between all worker & all staff and management.
∎ Solve unwanted problem immediately with the help of senior management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Solid hands on experience 7-10 yrs in a large sweater factory
∎ Person from IE background in production will get preference
∎ Should have good control over man & machine.
∎ Should have computer skill
∎ Communication skill in English in a priority
∎ Should have proper quality understanding in sweater
∎ Production IE background and work in compliance factory
