∎ Strong analytical skills and knowledge of industrial engineering principles.
∎ Proficiency in IE tools and techniques (e.g., time-motion study, process analysis, etc.).
∎ Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies is an advantage.
∎ Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
∎ Proven experience in a similar role in the manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare Standard Minute Value (SMV) & update SMV database based on method improvement;
∎ Save SMV by introducing new method development & innovation;
∎ Modify design & layout of man, machine and materials to achieve maximum efficiency;
∎ Operator skill checking, communicate with respective cross functional teams, on corrective actions of any failure found;
∎ Ensure functional reporting, goal alignment & performance evaluation process;
∎ Calculate Non-Productive time (NPT) daily basis and reduce it;
∎ Find out root cause of production problems; perform time study and method study to improve efficiency, quality and product reliability;
∎ Any other task assigned by management.
