We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as AGM /DGM-Admin HR & Compliance.

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee the overall HR Compliance & Administrative functions of the factory to ensure smooth operations.

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures in compliance with company standards and labor laws.

  • Ensure effective management of security, safety, and compliance-related issues within the factory premises.

  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient operational workflows and resource allocation.

  • Monitor and manage labor relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.

  • Lead the team in achieving factory-level objectives related to compliance, audits, and certifications.

  • Maintain strong liaison with local authorities, law enforcement agencies, and external stakeholders.

  • Oversee facility management, including maintenance, utilities, and environmental safety measures.

  • Develop strategic plans for employee welfare programs and effective workforce management.
