Biscuit, Product Development, Production
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute and follow up the production process of Biscuits as per Standard Operating Procedure.
∎ Organize resources including receiving Raw Materials, Packaging Materials, and production equipment for smooth operation.
∎ Implement Good Manufacturing Process (GMP) and HCAAP on the production floor.
∎ Assist the Production Manager in preparing the production budget, developing quality, and improving the efficiency of production methods.
∎ Implement the production plan set by the production manager and ensure the minimum deviation of the plan in order to maximize the cost-effectiveness, highest yields, and manpower utilization.
∎ Possess the problem identification attitude and be proactive in respect to root cause analysis and possible solutions to the problem.
∎ Assist the supervisor in order to prepare different types of reports (e.g. Production reports, production forecasts, etc.) and submit those to the management when required.
∎ Monitor all processes of production to reduce wastage and increase yields.
∎ Ensure employee safety, and maintain hygiene as well as cleanliness of the production premises.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Ability to run Biscuits production Machine and Oven.
∎ Manpower planning and utilization capacity.
∎ Good analytical as well interpersonal communication ability.
∎ Basic level knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
