Responsibilities & Context:
Communication with the Overseas Suppliers of machinery.
To prepare a technical and commercial quotation/ offers of machinery correctly and completely according to actual requirements of Customers.
To negotiate the scope of supply, technical parameters of products and price with overseas suppliers.
To assist Sales Personnel to conduct their sales activities.
To gather Product Knowledge on machinery and assist sales personnel to improve their product knowledge.
Coordination with sales and Technical Service Team.
To maintain and update all documents of the Division in time.
To perform administrative role in the Division.
Other work/ task/ assignment given by the Management.
