Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Air Ticketing & reservation (Domestic, International), using GDS (Galileo, Saber & Amadeus), and others.
∎ Relationship Maintain with Airlines & GDS personnel.
∎ Provide necessary support to Visa & Package tour Processing Sector.
∎ Dealing with customer complaints and requests effectively and courteously, providing or seeking solutions as quickly as possible.
∎ Increase sell by informing customers of additional services or special packages, such as Umrah packages, tour packages, or upgraded seats/accommodations.
∎ Manage corporate clients through emails and other ways of communication.
∎ Must remain updated on Airline/Travel notices and circulars and update the reservation team, sales team, and others accordingly.
∎ Must have knowledge of Airlines terms and conditions and ADM/ ACM policies.
∎ Must be able to meet monthly sales targets.
∎ The candidate must be self-motivated & willing to work under pressure. Must be smart, proactive, and hard working.
∎ Any other duties assigned by the Management.
