Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to prepare and deliver any custom tourism related services for guests within minimum time
∎ Should have to ability to manage clients for instant tourism services for sales and marketing purposes
∎ Liaising with tour operators, rental car, airlines, hoteliers, and resorts representative
∎ Agreeing service levels, contracts, costs, pricing and dealing with both online & offline customers
∎ Collecting, evaluating, and responding (as appropriate) to customer feedback by handling bookings, cancellation, refund, invoicing, operations and issuing of tickets or tourism services
∎ Respond promptly & professionally to product or service inquiries & complaints
∎ Must be able to work by shifting & willingly work in Govt. holidays
∎ Other duties as may arise from time to time by the supervisor

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Fluency in both Bangla and English is MANDATORY
∎ Ability to navigate through software applications
∎ Must be Proactive, Self-Driven, Self-Motivated Punctual & Good social skills

Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 - 35000 (Monthly)
∎ Allowances, Attractive Incentives & Benefits will be given upon Performance & Experience and Need!
