∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement production plan and achieve section wise production as per target.
∎ Organize records and report section-wise performance for MIS.
∎ Assess bottlenecks & improvement needs in the production process and suggest improvements.
∎ Optimize output per man shift (OMS)in the line with business plan.
∎ Motivate workforce and develop subordinates to enhance productivity.
∎ Reduce wastage and process loss to achieve continuous cost improvement.
∎ Coordinate with QC & other sections to ensure quality as per standards & company policy.
∎ Ensure operations as per process instruction and maintain records in the line with IS0 9001 QMS, ISO 14001 EMS, ISO 54001 requirements.
∎ Ensure continual improvement of self and development of work process/system.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Need strong communication/ interpersonal, analytical skills, planning and management skill with desired computer literacy.
∎ Must have product knowledge and understanding of the business environment of the country.
∎ People handlings one of the prime focusses of the job holder.
