Educational Requirements:
∎ Bsc Engineer (Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical) with preferably having 1-2 years of working experience in a Manufacturing field or Diploma with minimum 5 years of experience in relevant field

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement production plan and achieve section wise production as per target
∎ Organize records and report section-wise performance for MIS.
∎ Assess bottlenecks & improvement needs in the production process and suggest improvements.
∎ Optimise output per man shift (OMS) in line with the business plan.
∎ Motivate workforce and develop subordinates to enhance productivity
∎ Reduce wastage and process loss to achieve continuous cost improvement
∎ Coordinate with QC & other sections to ensure quality as per standard & company policy
∎ Ensure operations as per process instruction and maintain records in line with ISO 9001 QMS, ISO 14001 EMS, ISO 45001 requirements.
∎ Ensure continual improvement of self and development of work process/system.
