Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate in any discipline from a reputed university
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain updated records of all materials and provide data to planning & coordinate for materials requirement planning to meet month/yearly production target as per ABP.
∎ Maintain economic re-order level for all raw materials & ensure uninterrupted supply of raw materials to production.
∎ Maintain custom/VAT documents as per regulatory requirements.
∎ Prepare monthly inventory as per physical stock.
∎ Ensure proper storage of raw material, finished goods & intermediate products and maintain FIFO to assure quality as per QMS requirement.
∎ Ensure on-time delivery of finished goods as per export demand.
∎ Ensure compliance with store activities as per ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements and company policy.
∎ Implement health & safety measures/practices as per requirement and company policy.
∎ Training and development of people and continual improvement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 2 - 3 years experience in similar works in the manufacturing/process industry.
∎ Need to have strong knowledge of Inventory Management, Material Handling, Computer applications, VAT and customs regulations, QMS & SHE, Worker psychology.
