Willing to work in shifts and be placed anywhere in Bangladesh.
Proven experience as a Site Supervisor, Inventory officer or similar role in the construction firm.
Ability and experienced in maintaining site inventory, accounts, and/or infield supervision of the construction sites.
Strong knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety guidelines.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans.
Good Communication and Coordination Skills.
Honest, friendly, responsible, disciplined, and able to work in a team.
Responsibilities & Context: - Oversee and supervise daily site operations, construction activities and maintain stock registrar.
- Coordinate subcontractors, Labors, and site personnel.
- Ensures goods are delivered from the warehouse to stores on time and follow company procedures.
- Ensure proper documentation for shipments including invoices, purchase orders and vouchers is sent to stores in a timely and accurate manner.
- Process store orders and convert them into accurate picking lists and delivery notes.
- Responsible for making sure all documents for receiving goods from suppliers and returning goods to them are complete, correct and handled on time.
- Monitor and handle the return of goods including damaged or incorrect items and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve stock availability and return-related issues.
- Monitor picker & helper performance with a focus on picking time item availability and out-of-stock issues.
- Verify goods received match the Goods Receipt Note are in good condition.
- Ensure proper shelving, organization and storage of items in the warehouse.
- Oversee stock accuracy by matching physical stock with system records and verifying stocktaking reports.
- Supervise and coordinate subordinates in the picking, issuing, and dispatching of goods.
- Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and organization of the warehouse environment.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
