Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Production or Mechanical
∎ Basic Understanding of Lean Six Sigma
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Calculation of machine and Operator hours by work-study.
∎ Develop manufacturing methods, labor utilization standards, and cost analysis systems to promote efficient staff and facility utilization.
∎ Review job methods, systems, and procedures for alignment with global standards and best practice
∎ Introducing new working methodology and procedures.
∎ Study operations sequence, material flow, functional statements, organization charts, and project information to determine technician’s functions and responsibilities.
∎ Draft and design layout of equipment, materials, and workspace to illustrate maximum efficiency, using drafting tools and computer.
∎ Support Lean Six Sigma Green belt level productivity projects.
∎ Support to Implement the Lean Master Plan.
∎ Calculate the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) of the plant.
∎ Train the technician for 5S & Kaizen activities.
∎ Provide weekly/monthly report as per department requirements
