∎ B.Sc in Industrial Engineering (IE), Industrial and Production Engineering (IPE), Textile Engineering (TE) from reputed University.
∎ Should have a good academic results.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Having a professional Certification is given extra advantage.
∎ Skills Required: Able to work under pressure

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Instruct & implement the machine layout along with right manpower and attachment.
∎ Method & Process improvement
∎ Calculating efficiency report
∎ Calculating section & process wise SMV
∎ SMV reduction & MP savings
∎ Do the pre-production activity for relevant style
∎ MP Balancing/ Layout/ Work Place Arrangement
∎ Calculating SMV of every new style
∎ Critical Process Analysis & Follow up hourly production
∎ Ensure to avoid the daily OT
∎ Prepare skill matrix for recruiting & grading the new employee.
∎ Time study, capacity study and follow-up study of the running style.
∎ Setting up line target and help to achieve.
∎ Line feeding as per OB with right manpower and attachment.
∎ Find out bottleneck area and analysis and stick to the problems until settle and clear it.
∎ Ensure supply chain operation and achieve maximum output.
∎ Line balancing and increase Line efficiency.
∎ Improve work method and work place engineering.
∎ Eliminate wastage of time and materials.
∎ Analyze non-productive time (NPT).
∎ Save time to the operation and achieve maximum output.
∎ Motivate workers to achieve higher productivity.
∎ Maintain incentive scheme to the deserving workers.
∎ Apply "WORK STUDY" Techniques to improve the overall floor performances.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships work as a team.
∎ Should be well-groomed, smart and energetic.
∎ Strong presentation and delivery skills.
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English. Hindi will added extra advantage.
∎ IT proficiency - advance level skill is a MUST in MS Office package (Specially, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook) with Auto CAD.
∎ Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently.
∎ Ability to multi task and remain organized, meet deadlines.
