Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA in HRM, Master's degree in any discipline, PGD in HRM will be given preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Need to make HR Policy & take the necessary action to implement the policy.
∎ To develop and implement Compliance polices as per local law and different buyers' Code of Conducts.
∎ To prepare & update of all compliance related documents/registers as per buyer's requirement.
∎ Need to do risk assessment according to ISO 14001.
∎ Need to follow up the lefty letter issue according to law BLR.
∎ Need to take disciplinary action according to law & BLR (If needed).
∎ Need to make performance appraisal for various section.
∎ Conduct internal audit and monitoring Social Compliance- SLCP/FSLM, & EMS.
∎ Follow-up & monitor RSC audit findings with CAP and handling the RSC issues.
∎ To prepare factory floors/working environments in accordance with compliance standards, i.e., BSCI, SEDEX, ISO 14001.
∎ To keep the factory ready for facing different types of audits such as C&A, Bestseller, BSCI, SEDEX with ethical / environmental / technical Audits.
∎ Need to make final settlement (Resign & Lefty payment)
∎ Conduct internal audit and monitoring social compliance - legal, policies, health & safety, wages, working hours and housekeeping.
∎ Support in house fire safety responsible for fire drill with fire safety issues.
∎ Ensuring & Monitoring to use PPE (Personal protective equipment) for Safety & health to secure working environment in the floor.
∎ Need to conduct all type of training related with HR, Compliance, Health & safety issues with professional training.
∎ To perform any other task as assigned by the HOD & the Management from time to time.

∎ Age 25 to 38 years

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile, Garments (Woven)
