QUALITY ASSURANCE, Quality control
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check the standard of samples as per customer requirements
∎ Ensure every quality inspector are properly aware of quality standard
∎ Implement quality strategies and action plans to produce standard products
∎ Standardize existing QC practices and preserve documents to face Audit successfully
∎ Supervise QC Inspectors and production stuffs to maintain the quality of the products
∎ Provide necessary support to subordinates to comply with the requirements of QMS, OH & S, FSSC, EMS standards
∎ Inspect the supplied raw materials and received goods according to the quality policy and guideline
∎ Check the quality parameter of every batch of the finished products
∎ Monitor the plant cleanliness and pest control program with facilities
Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidates having experience in PP woven bag/ FIBC Industry will get preference
∎ Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 22000, QMS, OH & S, FSSC and EMS
∎ Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office
∎ Interpersonal skill
