Responsibilities & Context:
  • Maintain communication with dealers, Authorized Service Center (ASC) & Parts Retailer on regular basis·

  • Solve any customer complaints on urgent basis·        

  • Follow up warranty and take approval from warranty section·        

  • Collect orders for Spares Parts from dealers, ASC & Parts Retailers and place orders in Corporate Office·        

  • Ensure Bank Deposit for Spare Parts order·        

  • Collect Spare Parts Received Report with signature from dealers, ASC & parts retailers·        

  • Conduct Service Campaign·        

  • Visit dealers, COCO, ASC & retailers as & when necessary·        

  • Prepare Vehicle Technical Report (VTR) as & where necessary·        

  • Contact with 5 (five) dissatisfied customers and solve the issues and follow up if required·        

  • Search for new service channels & agents·        

  • Plan and arrange training program for dealer, COCO & ASC service team on technical issues·        

  • Check and ensure availability of necessary Tools & Equipment·        

  • Check and ensure PDI & PRI are being done at all sales point·        

  • Provide updates for all type of activity to Regional Service Manager (RSM)·        

  • Review target vs. achievement for all KPIs & prepare action plan accordingly·        

  • Prepare and submit daily report·        

  • Prepare & take approval of weekly activity plan from Regional Service Manager (RSM)
