∎ B.B.A/ M.B.A from reputed institute will be preferable
∎ Training/Trade Course: Bangladesh labor law
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Compliance
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to Head of the Department in -day to day Compliance activities & services of the factory.
∎ Assist in formulation of HR, Health-Safety & Compliance related policies & Procedures.
∎ Ensure core HR practices in the factory for systematic development & sustainability.
∎ Find out all Noncompliance issues & take necessary step to solve them.
∎ To assist Prepared CAP (Corrective Action Plan) with target date in line with responsible person.
∎ To assist Prepare & update Company policies & documents according to Labor Law & Labor Rules-2015.
∎ Ensure Non-Discrimination in course of employment, paying/providing wages/salary/benefits/ facilities/welfare
∎ Form committee (Canteen, OHS, EHS, PC), make notice, arrange meeting, prepare meeting minutes and documentation.
∎ Assist to fire evacuation drill accordingly.
∎ Liaise with all departments about compliance issue.
∎ Arrange and conduct different kind of training and orientation and Keep all training documents with training attendance sheet and Photo accordingly.
∎ To look after all compliance related legal license validity.
∎ Maintain ACCORD/ Alliance data/Information about factory.
∎ Ensure that no Force Employment occurred in the factories.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management.
