Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement and review commercial strategic decisions on weekly, monthly and yearly basis in accordance with overall business mission and vision.
∎ Preparation of import & export documents for Bank, C&F, Customs and other bodies.
∎ Maintain Liaison with Bank, Shipping lines, C& F agents and others.
∎ Familiar to online booking submission on DAMCO, APL, Expo Freight and other top class forwarders website.
∎ Regularly monitoring & tracking various stages of Export as well as payment follow-up.
∎ Strong communication skill with buyer, bank, Freight Forwarder, C&F agents & CFS personnel.
∎ Regularly monitoring import & export policy, Bangladesh Bank Guideline & related other issue.
∎ Ensure handing over relevant documents to Operations for transportation of goods and materials to and from ports
∎ Managing yearly Customs Audit claims independently.
∎ Perform any other tasks as assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Must have sound knowledge with Export & import L/C, Customs, VAT, EPB, BEPZA, Local and Foreign Import. Need ability for offshore & onshore Banking.
∎ Have to handle full export procedures in EPZ.
∎ Have practical and clear knowledge of M&S, H&M, Benetton, ZARA, EWM, Nygard buyer export operation with container planning as per their SOP.
∎ Practical Experience of GOH and flat pack loading of both Sea and Air Shipment.
∎ Should have clear concept of preparing export documents through L/C & Sales Contract.
∎ Should have Clear knowledge of current rules & regulations of Customs, UCPDC- 600, Incoterms, HS Code, and Inco terms.
