Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist/Support in preparing Sales Budget
∎ Assist/Support to prepare promo proposal and execution.
∎ Assist/Support for market branding activities.
∎ Prepare annual and monthly sales plans as per lifelines.
∎ Analysis the sales and growth trend.
∎ Monitor and track all phases of the sales in order to execute sales on time
∎ Provide timely reporting of issues that impact sales progress and implement actions accordingly.
∎ Coordinate with Planning and Coordination department to maximize NSV target by product mix.
∎ Create Monthly Price revision based on cost change
∎ Coordinate with Planning and Coordination department and Manufacturing for on time delivery of goods.
∎ Ability to analyse and develop accurate conclusions to support category decisions based on key data.
∎ Ensure ISO and QMS compliance in line with company policy.

∎ Experience in sales operation of a commercial/manufacturing organization.
∎ He/She must have product Knowledge, Computer literacy and understanding of local market. He/She needs to have product and industry knowledge and experience with relevant software applications. S/he must have a planning, People & Management skill, good communication skill.
