Requirements:
  • At least 2 years

Skills Required:

Additional Requirements:
  • Age 28 to 35 years
  • The applicants should possess a minimum of 02 years` work experience in the transport/automobile auditing.

  • Good verbal and written communication skill in both Bangla and English;

  • Solid experience in transport management, Vehicle tracking system, kilometers per liter (kmpl), vehicle range, Vehicle papers renewal, BRTA related work etc.

  • Knowledge of transport compliance and regulation policies;

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;

  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills;

  • Ability to work independently and meet the deadline;

  • Expertise in operating Transport Management Software, MS Office;

  • Expertise in Accounting Software SAP, ERP, KMS



Responsibilities & Context:

Responsibilities:

  • Strong ethical standards and independence in judgment.

  • Expertise in internal controls, risk management, and governance.

  • High analytical, investigative, and reporting abilities.

  • Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.

  • Review and verify all types of bills and vouchers to ensure the accuracy and correctness of accounting transactions.

  • Prepare audit and physical market verification reports for management review.

  • Inspect cash on hand and perform physical stock verification, among other related tasks.

  • Collaborate with operational teams on audit issues and ensure the implementation of policies.

  • Examine workshop-level inventories, raw material consumption, among other related aspects.

  • Ensure the implementation of control systems, including policies and procedures, through effective monitoring and evaluation.

  • Maintain audit documentation and files in an organized and systematic manner.

  • Carry out any other duties assigned by the authority.

Job Location: Central Workshop- Akij Transport Agency Limited, Hasnabad, South Keranigonj, Dhaka-1311
