Education:
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from a public university (BUET, RUET, CUET, or KUET only).

Responsibilities & Context:
IEB, BEC & ECPS membership registered structural Engineer.
Perform Cost Analysis for structural works, materials, and overall project requirements.
Carry out detailed Structural Analysis for all building components ensuring accuracy and safety.
Eligible to handle, review, edit, and finalize any structural working drawing.
Review structural designs to ensure safe, accurate, and good-quality construction.
Work closely and effectively with Architects for coordinated design development.
Maintain organized communication for construction and development-related activities.
Manage and coordinate all consultant-related tasks and follow-ups.
Demonstrate strong design skills, especially under pressure and in critical project situations.
Prepare and process work orders as per project standards.
Prepare budget approval documents and coordinate for the approval process.
Maintain documentation, file management, and archive records properly.
Prepare or review agreement schedules according to project requirements.
Review consultant offers/quotations and maintain related files.
Check consultant invoices and complete the approval workflow with dedication.
Perform structural design, analysis, and drawing preparation using ETABS, SAFE, AutoCAD, etc.
Have complete knowledge of all structural design & drawing works including preparation, modification, and interpretation.
Coordinate with Architectural, MEP, and Construction teams for drawing finalization.
Prepare and maintain all design-related reports, documentation, revision notes, and technical submissions.
Conduct site inspections for shuttering, reinforcement, piling, foundation, and RCC works as per approved drawings.
Ensure all designs follow BNBC 2020, ACI, ASTM, and other relevant building codes.
Identify any drawing or site discrepancies, recommend corrections, and report to management.
Prepare progress reports, structural quality reports, and project status updates.
Support BOQ preparation, material estimation, and technical calculations.
Provide technical insights and presentations during internal and external project meetings.
