∎ The position will be responsible for the role of top management security and airport protocol and Local admin issue. The position will report to top management and work under the central Administration.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The position is mainly responsible for the below tasks:
∎ Ensures the security of the Chairman, Managing Director, and Director.
∎ Ensure excellent relationship with the local authority, police station, and VIPs.
∎ Ensures corporate office security and safety according to company policy.
∎ Manages any events or parties that add value to the company.
∎ Maintains good communication with office building owners or any party which is potential for the company.
∎ Ensures corporate office maintenance work such as construction, renovation, and development works are going smoothly.
∎ Ensures smooth airport pick up and drop top management, expatriated, and buyers.
∎ Arrange visa, tickets, hotel booking, and local transport arrangements for the board of directors and expatriates.
∎ Drafts any official letter, notice, or agreement which is related to protocol work.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 05 years where 02 years in the same position;
∎ Incumbents who have work experience in the Knit garments industry will get preferences;
∎ Strong leadership, team management, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skill.
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Good knowledge & skills in MS Office.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time frame.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities;
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good teamwork
