Responsibilities & Context:
∎ BKC Sweater Ltd. is 100% export oriented Sweater Factory.This company will recruit Sr. Merchandiser/Merchandiser. He have to handle “Inditex and LPP Buyer”
∎ Communication & Collaboration: Maintain strong communication with buyers, suppliers, and internal teams to understand requirements, resolve issues, and ensure clear communication throughout the process.
∎ Order Management: Coordinate the processing of orders, including order confirmation, payment processing, and documentation.
∎ Sample Development & Approval: Oversee the development of samples, ensure they meet specifications, and obtain buyer approval.
∎ Fabric & Trim Sourcing: Identify, source, and negotiate with suppliers for materials like yarn, accessories, and packaging.
∎ Production Planning & Monitoring:Develop production schedules, track progress, and ensure timely delivery.
∎ Quality Control:Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure garments meet standards.
∎ Cost Management: Negotiate pricing with suppliers and manage production costs.
∎ Logistics & Shipping:Coordinate logistics for timely delivery of finished goods.
∎ Financial Management:Track costs, create cost sheets, and ensure profitability.
∎ Supply Chain Management: Manage the flow of materials and ensure a smooth supply chain.
∎ Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers.
∎ Trend Analysis & Market Research:Stay informed about fashion trends and consumer preferences.
