Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering / Apparel Technology.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring the whole process of order execution from order placement to order shipment.
∎ Set a correct and effective production plan and line set up with the factory concerned to ensure the shipment of goods on time.
∎ Ensure the correct process is maintained in all test submission processes.
∎ Follow up on the inspection schedule to ensure the lot-wise inspection is on time.
∎ Monitor the quality and completeness of products closely with the quality team.
∎ Take decisions on critical and technical issues that arise during production.
∎ Monitoring the daily production plan with the supplier and ensure timely inspections.
∎ Maintain a good & healthy relationship with our Head Office and supplying factories through effective communication on a regular basis.
∎ Ensure an efficient work distribution among the team member
∎ Maintain a good working environment between all team members
∎ Assist the Head of the Department providing all necessary information to maintain and develop working methods efficiently.
∎ Any other duties assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ A minimum 5 years of practical experience in a similar position.
∎ The Applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Buying House/ Garments.
∎ Ability to multi-task, prioritize and time management effectively.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and using the Internet.
∎ Must have very strong communication skills in English for reporting production-related activities with our Head Office in Germany, buyers, and as well as other local agencies.
∎ Ability to work under pressure & independently with minimum supervision.
