∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline/ Diploma in Textile Engineering.

Buying House, Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The applicant will be main responsible for preparing & Developing Patterns independently by using CAD Software (preferable "Lectra Software", but not conditional).
∎ The applicant must have a sound knowledge to work with the Illustrator Program
∎ To be arranged style-wise pattern designing and pattern grading to ensure zero error cutting.
∎ Verify & check the patterns to ensure the accuracy of the measurements of the garments.
∎ Ensure cost reduction by achieving optimum efficiency of CAD and making accurate markers.
∎ Should be able to make patterns manually according to the buyer's original sample.
∎ Should be able to solve the garments fitting problem and adjusting the pattern.
∎ Communicate with the product development team to make the product feasible for production and at the same time meet customers' demands.
∎ To be provided technical suggestions to factory pattern masters on how to control excess fabric consumption.
∎ Assist the Head of Department by giving necessary information to run the department smoothly.
∎ Any other duties assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ A minimum 5 years of practical experience in a similar position.
∎ The applicants should have sound knowledge on CAD & Lecra Software.
∎ Ability to multi-task, prioritize and time management effectively.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and using the Internet.
∎ Must have very strong communication skill in English for reporting pattern-related activities with our Head Office in Germany, buyers and as well as other local agencies.
∎ Ability to work under pressure & independently with minimum supervision.
∎ Practical experiance with the 3D-Clo Fashion Design Software would be an advantage.
