Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/Master's degree in any discipline.
∎ Graduate/Post graduate degree in Textile Engineering, major in Garment/ Apparel Manufacturing Technology from BUTEX or any reputed university will get preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communication with material suppliers, sourcing suppliers locally and from abroad.
∎ Product development and order follow up.
∎ Must have sound knowledge about product consumption, costing & pricing.
∎ Ensure timely fabric booking, accessories booking and on-time in- housing as per plan.
∎ Communicate with overseas customers and internal departments to ensure product samples development and bulk production are met with clients' requirements.
∎ Lead sample development and PP meeting with consumption check and finalize during development.
∎ Monitor and check production status & Handle customers' inquiries.
∎ Mitigates any issues (order quantities, change of shipment date, complaints, and claims) raised by the buyer(s)/ buying office(s).
∎ Liaison with commercial department about shipping documents, undertakes all formalities and updates buyer.
∎ Keep liaison with various departments and buyers for ensuring healthy business.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 7 year(s) in any reputed woven (soft) factory with adequate knowledge on ladies poplin, viscose, georgette tops, shirts, dresses.

Salary: Negotiable
