∎ Must have excellent computer operating skill, particularly in MS Word, Excel and Power Point;

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Handle all aspects of merchandising for woven outerwear – specifically quilted and seam-sealed jackets.
∎ Coordinate with buyers for product development, sampling, and approvals.
∎ Interpret buyer tech packs, develop BOMs, and ensure accurate sample submission.
∎ Collaborate with design and technical teams to ensure feasibility of styles.
∎ Negotiate and finalize pricing and costing with buyers and vendors.
∎ Source fabrics, trims, and accessories as per buyer requirements.
∎ Manage Time and Action (TNA) calendar to ensure timely execution of orders.
∎ Liaise with production, planning, and quality teams to ensure on-time deliveries.
∎ Monitor fabric and trim consumption, order placement, and follow-up with suppliers.
∎ Ensure quality and compliance standards are maintained throughout the production cycle.
∎ Manage documentation and systems required for shipment booking and buyer portals.
∎ Maintain strong working relationships with buyers, vendors, and internal teams.
