Job Context:

Advintex Apparel is a 100% export-oriented woven garments manufacturing company. We are looking for experienced woven merchandisers who is from factory background to join our team as Sr. Merchandiser , based on experience and skill. Candidates must have working experience in woven garment factories and a solid understanding of production, sourcing, and buyer communication.

Job Responsibilities:

• Communication & Collaboration: Maintain strong communication with international buyers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth order execution.

• Team Management (Manager Level): Supervise and support a team of merchandisers to deliver on deadlines and quality targets.

• Order Management: Handle order confirmation, create and follow up T&A plans, and monitor overall order execution.

• Sample Development & Approval: Oversee the development of fit, size set, and pre-production samples and ensure on-time buyer approvals.

• Sourcing & Negotiation: Source woven fabrics, trims, and accessories locally and globally, negotiating pricing and lead times.

• Production Planning & Monitoring: Coordinate with production and QA teams to ensure timely delivery and adherence to buyer requirements.

• Quality Control: Ensure quality standards are met throughout the production process.

• Costing & Profitability: Prepare and manage cost sheets, negotiate prices, and control production costs.

• Shipping & Documentation: Coordinate all export logistics, documentation, and on-time shipment.

• Buyer Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with buyers and support account growth.

Problem-Solving: Quickly identify and resolve issues that arise in sampling, production, or shipment.
