Additional Requirements :

• Proven experience with leading brands such as ZARA, Pull and Bear, Bershka, Primark, or Tendam.

• Strong expertise in costing and price negotiation with a deep understanding of supply chain and production processes.

• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

• Proficiency in merchandising software and tools.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Summary:

The Senior Merchandiser will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the merchandising process for our outerwear product lines. This position demands a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in costing, price negotiation, and production follow-up. The ideal candidate will have previously worked with high-profile brands such as ZARA, Pull and Bear, Bershka, Primark, or Tendam, and possess excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies that align with the company`s business goals and market demands.

• Conduct thorough market analysis to understand trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning.

• Lead the costing process for outerwear products, ensuring accurate cost analysis and margin optimization.

• Negotiate prices with suppliers to secure the best possible terms without compromising on quality.

• Utilize extensive knowledge of outerwear products to guide design and development processes.

• Collaborate with the design and production teams to create innovative and competitive product offerings.

• Conduct final inspections of finished products to ensure they meet the company`s quality standards and customer expectations.

• Prepare and present comprehensive reports on merchandising activities, sales performance, and market insights to senior management.

• Ensure effective and timely communication with internal teams and external partners to facilitate smooth operations.

• Oversee order processing and delivery schedules to meet customer demands efficiently and accurately.

• Provide leadership, mentorship, and training to junior merchandisers and support staff.

• Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages professional growth and high performance.
