∎ Job Location: Gulshan - 1, Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communication with Buying Office/ Liaison Office, factory people, and other related departments/ sections of the company.
∎ Prepare Costing of products/garments.
∎ Coordinate with factory team for proper in time execution of production.
∎ Follow the process & procedures of buyers
∎ Provide support to factory/production/quality team on fabric, production, quality & related technical issues as efficient/experienced trouble shooter and contributor
∎ Work in a team/act as an effective team member understanding company & Buyers' COC
∎ Ensure quality execution of orders up to shipping the goods by maintaining effective TNA
∎ Having good knowledge in sourcing trims/accessories and having good rapport with prospective suppliers as required by maintaining the standard
∎ Effective follow-up on material inventory, production process, quality standards & team performance
∎ Any special task/assignment as required for the position as assigned by the company.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ The applicants should have strategic level experience in the field of Merchandising
∎ Must have good command over Men's formal or casual woven garments
∎ Should be proficient on use of computer and usage in website related issues.
∎ Good English communication skills on both spoken as well as written.
∎ Should be able to work and lead teams on own-initiative & under-pressure with absolute integrity & honesty.
