∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Strong communication and negotiation skills.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
∎ Knowledge of sweater yarns, accessories, knitting gauges, production processes, and quality standards.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple orders simultaneously.
∎ Detail-oriented and organized.
∎ Skills:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Understand buyer requirements and ensure all accessories meet the approved standards and technical specifications.
∎ Request and manage accessory samples for buyer approval (e.g., development, fitment, color, and quality).
∎ Maintain a tracking system for all accessory items and ensure timely delivery to the production unit.
∎ Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate pricing, lead times, and order quantities.
∎ Monitor accessory consumption based on order quantities and avoid overstocking or shortages.
∎ Collaborate closely with the main merchandiser and production team to align accessory availability with the production timeline.
∎ Maintain clear documentation including BOMs (Bill of Materials), approvals, purchase orders, and delivery notes.
∎ Work with QA and compliance teams to ensure accessories meet safety, quality, and sustainability standards.
∎ Address any issues related to accessory non-conformance, delays, or quality discrepancies.
