∎ Age 33 to 43 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Efficiently provides all kinds of support to buyers and factories from receiving order to final shipment of the order.
∎ Prepare Time and Action flow chart before confirm an order with buyer and follow up with the team to maintain the delivery.
∎ Work closely with team leader, co-workers and QC department.
∎ Passing clear, accurate and timely information to the related departments. Ensure that production takes place in agreed unit and visit factories when necessary.
∎ Independently quote the price and ensure collection of orders to fill the selected space.
∎ Independently execute woven product development, understand latest fashion trends, develop customer specific collections.
∎ Ensure smooth communications with customers and suppliers on day to day merchandising activities and approvals.
∎ Arrange lab dip, trims, bulk fabric color, and quality testing for customer approval.
∎ Understand customer requirements and closely work with design team to manage the correct samples within time and quality.
∎ Responsible for proper follow-up and committed with the time line given by buyers to execute shipment.
∎ Prepare costing sheets with all the necessary breakdowns.
