∎ Bachelor's in Textile Engineering from BUTEX, BUFT, NITER with excellent academic results
∎ Skills Required: Accurate Sample Development, Buyer Handling, Cap merchandising, Costing, Shipment follow up

∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle day-to-day Merchandising operations
∎ To be responsible for monitoring complete order and sample, lab dips, accessories, trims from home and abroad and communicate with various suppliers to get the current price/strike off.
∎ Strong & adequate working knowledge of sourcing, Market survey with competitive negotiation skill
∎ Good knowledge in price quotation and product development.
∎ To prepare purchase orders, internal order & costing sheets.
∎ Sound knowledge on production (Pattern, consumption and wash, etc.)
∎ Candidate need to coordinate with marketing, design, supply chain, production & store department of the company.
∎ To mediate production and quality department and work closely with QA to ensure best final product & take care of all aspects of quality from initial to final stage of the production.
∎ Understand and follow customer procedures for order fulfilment.
∎ Communicate with suppliers for raw materials, booking and delivery.
∎ Responsible for the coordination of daily operational activities in fabric, pre-production sample development, costing and production tracking, coordinating order placement process, also shipment follow up.
∎ Work with internal departments to ensure quality, production and timely delivery of goods

∎ Having strong communications skill in English written and oral communication
∎ Having strong interpersonal skills, the ability to interact and build relationships work as a team
∎ Having strong presentation and delivery skills to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection
