Job Context:
∎ MJ Fashions is a sister concern of Moririn Company Ltd. MJ Fashions is a Japan based 100% export oriented Buying House. The job location will be in Baridhara DOHS.
∎ Job Location

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervision and costing and pricing of the garment and negotiations with the buyers & factory to reach the final acceptable prices.
∎ Must have vast experience to work with factory and buyer independently on CM /FOB basis business in Buying House/ Trading or Garment Industry.
∎ Overseeing the update on production status, sampling, lab dips information being provided by the merchandisers to the buyer.
∎ Monitoring the status of approval/ per-production/delivery.
∎ Advice factory/production/quality team on fabric, production, quality etc related technical issues as efficient/experienced trouble shooter.
∎ Effective follow-up on materials inventory, production process, quality standards & team performance.
∎ Proper execution of orders according to planned 'Time and Action Plan' on regular basis to ensure on time shipment with right quality and quantity.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Buying House at least 4 years
∎ The Applicants must have 7-8 year experience in merchandising independently.
∎ Should be smart, dynamic and proactive with positive thinking approach.
∎ Good communication, reporting and presentation skill in English only.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Must be skilled in the use of computer including MS Office, Internet, and E-mail.
